2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Custom web development & design work once initiated.

  • SaaS platform subscriptions after 7 days of purchase.

  • Domain registrations, hosting services, and third-party software licenses.

  • Digital marketing services after the campaign has been launched.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  2. Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Services can be canceled before the commencement of work.

  • Subscription-based services can be canceled anytime, but no pro-rata refunds will be issued.
